PEAT Participation - Study Group

About the Project

The PEAT Participation Project was started in November 2007 with the aid of funding from the National Lottery Big Deal Project. The project has various aims including: raising autism awareness; increasing participation and inclusion amongst members of the project and organising and running social events and activities across Northern Ireland.

During the first year of the project, members enjoyed events such as bowling, urban assault, ice-skating, and trips to the Ulster American Folk Park in Omagh and Belfast Zoo. More events are being organised for the upcoming year.

For more information on these events, please visit the events section of our webpage!
